Well i just think that ur boyfriend cannot be ur best friend or visa versa!! as friendship is totally different than ur love!!!! i dont know the exact reason but this is what i believe!!

I think yes... it would be easy to handle the relationship because there's already a foundation of love and trust. but in my life i did nt choose to marry my bestfriend bec. the first that i felt is shame ..shame of taking advantage our closeness but until now im in love with him it's been 10 yrs. already that elapsed now he has already 2 children and happily married and me still single... we have constant communication but not seeing each other. but we are happy now accepting the reality...

As the saying goes " Ek Ladka aur Ladki ke Beech Dosti Naheen HOsakti" ....Previously i used to take this one as filmy dailogue. but now when i have decided to get married. i strarted thinking how i want my life partner to be the 10 qualifications that i was choosing my better half to have were already present in my best friend.( a Girl) then i realised that friendship, love, whatever name u give to a relationship the root for this relationship lies in the heart( inner self)so now after giving a serious thought i think its better to marry my old pal rather than a new person...atleast i dont have to or she dont have to worry how our life partners would be..as someone already said coparisions are bound to arise if we marry some other...so i have decided to discuss this with my parents when i come down to india and later will discuss with her and her parents. i am sure our parents would be happy since they know us...
Over all marrying a person whom we know better would be the best thing rathe than marrying someone we really dont know...after all a good life partner is what everyone needs...........

I married the lady I loved.As we loved each other we became best friends too..Later we found that status of husband and wife started dominating on our friendship..expectations compromises disappointments disaggreements started becoming part of life..For last 5 years we r the best friends once again to each other but we r no more husband wife..having our independent life living the way we like we love and we dreamed.We r happy..wish for eachothers happiness progress and prosperity
