Promising a waiver of bank loans and free electricity to farmers, the Shiv Sena has said that if the Sena-Bharatiya Janata Party alliance were voted to power then development would form the core of its agenda.

Addressing a rally of farmers in Jalgaon on Sunday, Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray urged the people to 'toss out' the Congress-led Democratic Front government for neglecting the cause of farmers.
