Pakistan Foreign Secretary Riaz Khokhar on Monday said he had a good and positive two rounds of talks with Indian officials but at the same time cautioned that there should not be any hype about the current peace process.
During today's round of talks, discussions were focussed on Jammu and Kashmir issue. The two countries
discussed their stated positions. "But we agreed to engage in a sustained manner to find a solution to the Jammu and Kashmir issue," he said.
He explained the various CBMs that have been agreed to by the two countries including extension of staff strength to previous position of 110 in respective High Commissions, agreement of opening consulates in Karachi and Mumbai and finalisation of schedule of talks on seven other issues, which form part of the composite dialogue process.
Khokhar said he found the Indian leadership "serious", "constructive" and "determined" to move forward on the composite dialogue process.
