An ill-fated Kashmiri woman is among those killed in the Samjhauta Express blasts on Sunday night.
49-year old Yasmina Qureshi was on one of her journeys to Pakistan to meet her children, who have settled in Lahore.
Her two daughters and son have married and settled down in Lahore. The trip this time was a special one as she would have met her grandchildren for the first time.
According to relatives, Yasmina had applied twice to travel by the Karwane Aman -- the bus between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad -- but was denied permission, as the passengers are not allowed to go beyond Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
So, Yasmina had to take the train and her husband, Mohammad Maqbool, saw her off at the Old Delhi railway station on Saturday evening. Mohammad is back in Delhi on Tuesday. This time it is to bring Yasmina's body back home.
"We are waiting for her body. My brother is waiting in Delhi to receive it," Zahoor Ahmad, a close relative said.
